LONG BEACH CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

They continue to make fast work of Long Beach. The scaffolding should come down soon and will get a real look at the building. But, until then here are some current photos: The stucco has been installed all over the building

ARBOR LOFTS WINS AWARD!

Arbor on date is nearing completion and its weave color pattern is now visible under the scaffolding.

SAGEBRUSH

Sagebrush consists of two projects: a 21 unit townhouse project and a 47 unit project consisting of 10 townhouse and 37 flats in a five story building. The townhouses from both projects wrap the perimeter of the site and the five story building occupies the center of the site.
